Order Processing & Tracking


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from our Hong Kong studio, Monday through Friday. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you another email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account for real-time updates.

Tip: Can’t find your confirmation email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder – sometimes it hides there!

Shipping Option


ORDERS ABOVE $300 USD - Qualify for free shipping.
ORDERS BELOW $300 USD - A flat rate of US$20 applies.

We use DHL/Fedex/UPS by default for most international shipments to ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, sometimes we may also use other trusted carriers to optimize costs, speed, or service depending on your location and order specifics.

International: 2-7 business days (varies by country)
Asia: 2-3 business days (varies by country)
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on it.

For Orders Via Our Retail Partners


If you shop through one of our retail partners, please note that OctoberEighteen does not have access to your order details or personal information such as your email or phone number. Because of this, we are unable to process any shipping, return, or exchange requests for these orders directly. Please contact the retail partner where you made your purchase for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions


Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries due to shipping carrier limitations. If your address falls into these categories, please contact us before ordering.

Double-Check Your Shipping Address


Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out. We can’t change it once the order is sent.

Possible Delays


Sometimes deliveries take longer because of customs, weather, or other things outside our control. If there’s a delay, we’ll do our best to help. Providing info to your local customs office can speed things up.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, our garment prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. All orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Our studio ships orders directly from Hong Kong. Regulations regarding import duties and taxes vary by country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

OctoberEighteen does not cover any duties, taxes, or associated handling fees that may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying these costs upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s customs website for more information.

*Please note that if you refuse or reject the parcel due to non-payment of import taxes or duties, your order will not be refunded. In these cases, OctoberEighteen is not responsible for any consequences, costs, international customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays resulting from customs procedures beyond our control.


Missing, Lost, Or Damaged Packages


If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@octobereighteen.com right away. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you’re taken care of.
