Where are OctoberEighteen pieces made?

We take great pride in the fact that over 95% of our pieces are meticulously crafted in our in-house atelier in Hong Kong. Our commitment to creating beautiful, high-quality fashion that you will love wearing drives our passion. While we maintain this core focus on in-house production, we also recognize the importance of offering a diverse range of styles. To achieve this, we have partnered with a reputable family-owned manufacturer in the local community, allowing us to share the workload.

What makes octobereighteen pieces special?

Our pieces stand out due to our signature bias-cut designs, which create a flattering drape and flow, combined with vintage-inspired aesthetics, particularly from the 1970s & 1990s. We prioritizes high-quality materials and local craftsmanship in our Hong Kong atelier. Our garments are designed for versatility and wearability, with a focus on fit and flattery for various body types. Unique prints and colors further distinguish our pieces.

What are our sustainability practices?

MADE TO LAST

Every item is made in very limited quantities. The process starts with sourcing quality fabrics, designing and testing patterns, cutting, sewing, pressing, checking for loose threads and finally packaging. It takes approximately 6-8 hours for a piece to be made from start to finish. Some take up to 12 hours to make. Every piece is truly special and unique. 

ONE AT A TIME

Keeping a direct and realistic approach. OctoberEighteen only releases small capsule collections, to avoid mass production. Starting with a small quantity of each product, and only making more based on order demand and customer feedback, this means less waste and more exclusive. So, no one at the party will be wearing the same outfit as you!

RESPONSIBLE PACKAGING 

We are actively striving for a reduction of the environmental impact of our products. As part of our packaging policy, 98% of OctoberEighteen's packaging material are recycled paper and biodegradable. We encourage you to reuse our packaging materials as many times as you can, because if everyone uses them at least twice, we'll reduce the waste on this planet by 50%.

Would an item be restock once it's sold out?

We do our best to restock popular items, but it's not always guaranteed. So, don't wait to purchase if you're interested!

How can I track my order ?

Once your items are shipped, we'll send you an email notification with all the details you need – the tracking numbers and courier information.

Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

We want to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible! Since Hong Kong is not a VAT applicable location, we won't charge you for any duties and taxes at checkout. However, for international packages, please note that the recipient may be responsible for local taxes or custom fees. How long is the processing time for my order?

We process each order within 2-5 business days. We want you to be able to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. We dispatch orders from our studio Monday to Friday. Our team is dedicated to making sure your order is packed with care and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. 

How do I initiate a return?

What courier should I be using for my returns?

To make sure that your return goes smoothly and you get your refund as soon as possible, we recommend choosing a trusted carrier that offers a signed-for service and asking for a tracking number so you can follow your return every step of the way.
