Our updated Returns Policy ensures you can shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. All items must be in original packaging and in the same condition as sent out to you. OctoberEighteen reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
1.2. Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns.
1.3. A request for a return must be submitted within 7 days from date of delivery receipt.
1.4. Made-to-measure and customized items are not eligible for return.
1.5. Returns are available for full-priced items only. Sale items, including those purchased with a discount code, are not eligible for return.
2. Initiation of the Return
2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
・ Access our Returns Portal.
・ Provide your order number with the # and your email address.
・ Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
・ Choose whether you'd like to Return, Exchange or receive Store Credit for each item.
・ Select the shipping method you prefer.
・ Send your purchase back to us. Items must be returned to us unused with all OctoberEighteen packaging, tags and designer labels still attached.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. The shipping cost of returning item(s) is not covered or reimbursed by us. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your purchase. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
4.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
5.3. For refunds, related shipping costs and 5% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
5.3. For store credits, related shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit issued.

7.1. OctoberEighteen reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by OctoberEighteen.
