What can be returned?

All returned items
must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. To ensure items remain returnable, please avoid wearing perfume, spray tan or deodorant when trying them on.
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order, and items must be shipped back within 28 days of delivery. We're unable to accept requests or returns outside of these timeframes.
Items purchased with a discount are eligible for store credit only.
Made-to-measure, customized, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

How to return your order

2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the item(s) for return or exchange.
4. Choose your preferred shipping method.
5. Schedule a pickup or drop off your parcel at the nearest drop off point.

Return Shipping

We've partnered with DHL for convenient returns. You can schedule a free pickup or drop off your package at a local DHL store. Should you choose to arrange your own return shipping, please use a reliable tracked service and retain proof of postage for your records. Please note that original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Store Credit

Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You'll receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we'll process your refund or store credit.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping fees, duties, taxes, and other additional charges are non-refundable. A 5% handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
Store Credits: Return shipping costs will be deducted from issued store credits.

OctoberEighteen reserves the right to reject returns outside the specified timeframe or not in their original condition. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and associated shipping costs will not be covered by OctoberEighteen.
