Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from our Hong Kong studio, Monday through Friday. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you another email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account for real-time updates.

Can’t find your confirmation email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder – sometimes it hides there!

Shipping Options

We offer international shipping to many destinations using DHL Express.

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $250 USD qualify for free shipping.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $15 USD applies to all other orders.
  • Local Orders: Enjoy free standard shipping within Hong Kong.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on its progress.

Possible Delays

While we always aim for prompt delivery, occasional delays may happen due to customs processes, unexpected weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we’ll do everything we can to support you.

For a smoother customs experience, providing any requested information to your local customs office is helpful.

International customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, we use a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping method. This means that any duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your local government are not included in your order total. The exact amount will depend on your country's regulations and is determined when your package arrives.

If You Refuse Delivery

We get it – sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you refuse a delivery, we’ll arrange for your order to be returned to us. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a refund minus any shipping fees, courier charges and a handling fee. Please note that original shipping costs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
