ORDERS

All orders will be processed for shipment within 2-5 business days. Orders will be dispatched from our studio Monday through Friday. Once you have successfully placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. You will also receive a shipping notification once the order has been shipped.

SHIPPING 

OctoberEighteen ships worldwide using a standard tracked mail service with no extra charge. Once your item is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification with your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

If you need an item by a certain date, please choose expedited shipping during checkout or contact us via email or WhatsApp for assistance.

STANDARD SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Hong Kong: 1-2 business days once shipped.
Rest of Asia: 7-14 business days once shipped.
Australia: 5 -10 business days once shipped.
UK & Europe: 7-14 business days once shipped.
United States & Canada: 7-14 business days once shipped.


DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that OctoberEighteen does not collect duties and taxes at checkout. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any local taxes or custom fees that may be required for international packages. Shipments are subject to opening and inspection if deemed necessary by customs authorities. All duties and fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities, so we recommend checking your local customs website for more information.

Upon delivery, the shipment carrier will contact you to pay for any duties and taxes that may apply. Please keep in mind that we are unable to control or estimate these charges.
