All orders will be processed for shipment within 1-3 business days.

Orders will be dispatched from our Hong Kong studio Monday to Friday. Once you have successfully placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. You will also receive a shipping notification once the order has been shipped.

You can also log in to your account at any time to track the latest status of your orders.

We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. Each order is charged at $15 USD for standard shipping. Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order.

Hong Kong orders: Free standard shipping for all orders.
International orders: Free standard shipping for all orders over US$300.

Once your item is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification with your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

If you need expedited delivery, you can opt for Expedited Shipping at an additional cost which can be selected at checkout.

**Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.

Australia: 5 -10 business days once shipped.

Expedited Shipping:
Worldwide: 1-3 business days once shipped.

If you need an item by a certain date, please choose expedited shipping during checkout or contact us for assistance.

While we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, goods may be subjected to delays due to customs or extreme weather conditions. Customers are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to avoid holds. Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by any circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that OctoberEighteen does not collect duties and taxes at checkout. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any local taxes or custom fees that may be required for international packages. Shipments are subject to opening and inspection if deemed necessary by customs authorities. All duties and fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities, so we recommend checking your local customs website for more information.

Upon delivery, the shipment carrier will contact you to pay for any duties and taxes that may apply. Please keep in mind that we are unable to control or estimate these charges.

If an order is refused at delivery, customer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping to our Hong Kong warehouse, plus courier fees. The amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund once the parcel(s) are received. Shipping costs and any paid duties and taxes are non-refundable.
