Where is OctoberEighteen made?
We're very proud that more than 90% of our pieces are lovingly crafted right here in our own in-house atelier in Hong Kong! We're passionate about creating beautiful, high-quality fashion that you'll love wearing, and we're so proud to be able to do it right here at home. Of course, we also want to make sure we can offer you a wide variety of styles, so we've partnered with a wonderful local family-owned manufacturer to share some of the workload. We believe that collaboration is key, and we're grateful for the opportunity to work with such talented and dedicated people.
Would an item be restock once it's sold out?
We're all about sustainable fashion here at OctoberEighteen, which is why we often use overstock/deadstock fabrics for our garments. These materials are really special because they're in limited quantities, which means once they're gone, they're gone! So, if you see something you love, don't hesitate – grab it before it's too late! We promise you'll feel good knowing that you're not only getting a one-of-a-kind piece, but you're also making a positive impact on the environment.
How long is the processing time for my order?
We carefully process each and every order within 2-5 business days. We want you to be able to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. We dispatch orders from our studio Monday to Friday. Our team is dedicated to making sure your order is packed with care and shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order ?
We're so excited for you to receive your order! That's why we make sure to ship all of our orders with a trackable courier, so you can keep an eye on its journey. Once your items are shipped, we'll send you an email notification with all the details you need – the tracking numbers and courier information. That way, you'll know exactly when to expect your package. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team!
How do I initiate a return?
We know sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and with all security tags and labels attached. Please email us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return and a return address will be provided to you.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
We want to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible! Since Hong Kong is not a VAT applicable location, we won't charge you for any duties and taxes at checkout. However, for international packages, please note that the recipient may be responsible for local taxes or custom fees. These fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities, so we recommend checking your local customs website for more information. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions – we're always here to help!
How long does it take for a refund ?
We want to make sure that the refund process is as smooth and hassle-free as possible for you. Once we've completed our inspection of the returning item, we'll issue your refund within 2-7 business days. We'll make sure that the payment is credited back to the original payment method you used to make the purchase. Just a heads up – credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing time. We know this can vary between banks, so we recommend checking with your bank for more information about their processing times. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Worldwide! Each order is sent with a tracked mail service.
What courier should I be using for my returns?
To make sure that your return goes smoothly and you get your refund as soon as possible, we recommend choosing a trusted carrier that offers a signed-for service and asking for a tracking number so you can follow your return every step of the way. Unfortunately, we won't be able to refund any returns that are lost in transit if they were sent using an untraceable shipping method. We know this can be frustrating, so we want to make sure that you have all the information you need to make sure your return gets to us safely.
How long do I have to return an item?
To return an item, you'll have to contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return. And the item must delivered back to us within 21 days of your receipt. We’re unable to accept returns initiate beyond 7 days of your receipt. Anything arrived back to us after 21 days of your receipt are ineligible for return and will be automatically returned to you.
What are the available payment methods ?

How can I get an invoice ?
As soon as you successfully place an order with us, we'll send you an automatic confirmation email that includes your invoice. We want to make sure you have all the information you need to keep track of your purchase and feel confident about your order. Of course, if you prefer to have a physical invoice to keep with your records, we're happy to provide one! Just let us know in the checkout note and we'll be sure to send it your way.
