Delivery & Returns

ORDERS

Each garment is handmade to order from scratch in my Hong Kong based studio once an order and payment is received in full.
Please allow at least 2-7 business days of production time and all orders will be shipped out on the next business days upon completion.
Production time may differ depending on order demand at the time. 

SHIPPING 

OctoberEighteen ships worldwide. Each order is sent with a standard tracked mail service. You will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information once your item is on its way to you. OctoberEighteen is not responsible for any delays or losses of packages once sent. If you need an item by a certain date, please choose an expedited shipping when checkout or contact me via email or Instagram, I’ll be happy to assist you.

STANDARD SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Hong Kong - 1-3 business days once posted.
UK & Rest of Europe - 7-28 business days once posted.
United States & Canada - 7-28 business days once posted.
Rest of the world - 7-28 business days once posted.
*Shipment may be delay due to the current Covid-19 situation. 

DUTIES & TAXES

OctoberEighteen DO NOT charge duties and taxes at checkout. International packages may require local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the recipient. Shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities. All duties and fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities.

RETURNS

I hope you would never need to return an item to me! But if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I gladly accept exchanges and alteration.
All items are sewn to order and due to the handmade nature of the garments, I am unable to provide a refund after an order is made. I do accept exchanges and alterations if the garment does not fit as desired. Please email me within 3 days of delivery and a return address will be provided to you.
Returning items must be sent with a tracked mail service and related handling and shipping costs will be paid for by customer. Untracked packages and returns after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Please visit the sizing guide carefully to make sure you are choosing a correct size. You are always welcome to contact me if you are unsure about the sizes :)
