Where is OctoberEighteen made?
We're proud to be a fashion brand that produced more than 90% of our pieces in our in-house atelier in Hong Kong. We also partnered with a local family owned manufacture to share some of the workload.
Would an item be restock once it's sold out?
Most of our garments are made with overstock/deadstock fabrics. These fabrics are in very limited quantity and very often there'll be no restock once it's sold out. So, don't wait until they're gone!
How long is the processing time for my order?
All orders are processed for shipment within 2-5 business days. Orders are dispatched from our studio Monday to Friday.
How can I track my order ?
All orders are shipped with a trackable courier. You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking numbers and courier details once the items are shipped.
How do I initiate a return?
We know sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and with all security tags and labels attached. Please email us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return and a return address will be provided to you.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
OctoberEighteen DO NOT charge duties and taxes at checkout. International packages may require local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the recipient. All duties and fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
How long does it take for a refund ?
Refunds will be issue within 2-7 business days after inspections of the returning item is completed. Payments will be credited back to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times.
Where do you ship to?
Worldwide! Each order is sent with a tracked mail service.
What courier should I be using for my returns?
Please choose a trusted carrier with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. We will not be able to refund a lost return that was sent using an untraceable shipping method.
How long do I have to return an item?
To return an item, you'll have to contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return. And the item must delivered back to us within 21 days of your receipt. We’re unable to accept returns initiate beyond 7 days of your receipt. Anything arrived back to us after 21 days of your receipt are ineligible for return and will be automatically returned to you.
What are the available payment methods ?
Here is the list of payment methods currently available on our website: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay Pal.

How can I get an invoice ?
A confirmation email with invoice will be send to your email automatically once an order is successfully placed. You're also welcome to contact us for an additional physical invoice.
